Indication
Relief of symptoms of cold and flu including fever, nasal congestion, and allergic symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol BP 500 mg
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Cetirizine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
Direction
Adults and children 12 years and above: 1–2 tablets twice a day, or as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- sedation (cetirizine
- related).
- Dry mouth
- dizziness
- fatigue.
- Nausea
- vomiting
- abdominal discomfort.
- Increased blood pressure or palpitations (phenylephrine
- related).
- Hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.
- Allergic reactions (skin rash
- urticaria) — rare.
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children
- Taking more than the daily dose of paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions
- Store below 30°C protected from direct sunlight
