Indication

Relief of symptoms of cold and flu including fever, nasal congestion, and allergic symptoms such as runny nose and sneezing.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol BP 500 mg
• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
• Cetirizine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and above: 1–2 tablets twice a day, or as directed by a physician.

• fatigue.
• Nausea
• vomiting
• abdominal discomfort.
• Increased blood pressure or palpitations (phenylephrine
• related).
• Hepatotoxicity with paracetamol overdose.

• urticaria) — rare.

• Keep out of reach of children
• Taking more than the daily dose of paracetamol may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions
• Store below 30°C protected from direct sunlight
