Indication
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and chronic stable angina pectoris. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker used to lower blood pressure and reduce the frequency of angina attacks.
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besylate USP equivalent to Amlodipine 5 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician. Do not exceed the indicated dose. Carefully read accompanying instructions before use.
Side effects
- Peripheral oedema (ankle swelling) β common.
- Flushing
- headache
- dizziness.
- Palpitations
- tachycardia.
- Fatigue
- somnolence.
- Nausea
- abdominal pain.
- Rare: severe hypotension
- exacerbation of angina at initiation.

- Do not exceed indicated dose
