Indication

Relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other conditions requiring combined analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and fibrinolytic (serratiopeptidase) therapy.

Ingredients

• Aceclofenac
• Paracetamol
• Serratiopeptidase

Direction

Take as directed by a physician. Usually one tablet two to three times daily with food.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal disturbances
• nausea
• abdominal pain
• dizziness
• elevated liver enzymes may occur.

Precautions

• Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or paracetamol. Not recommended for patients with peptic ulcer
• severe hepatic or renal impairment
• or during pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.
