Indication
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control in adults. Linagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor) used as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
Ingredients
- Linagliptin INN 5 mg
Direction
To be dispensed only on registered physician's prescription. Take as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Nasopharyngitis (common cold symptoms)
- Headache
- Nausea
- Diarrhoea
- Upper respiratory tract infections
- Urinary tract infections
- Hypersensitivity reactions (rare)
Precautions

- Keep away from light
