Diclofenac Sodium BP 75 mg per 2 ml ampoule
Lidocaine Hydrochloride USP 20 mg per 2 ml ampoule

Direction

For intramuscular (IM) use only. Administer as directed by the physician or refer to the enclosed package insert. Do not administer intravenously.
