Indication
Antacid and antiflatulent for the relief of symptoms associated with hyperacidity, gastritis, peptic ulcer, and flatulence.
Ingredients
- Dried Aluminium Hydroxide
- Magnesium Trisilicate
- Simethicone
Direction
One to two tablets to be chewed and swallowed one hour after meals or whenever necessary, or as directed by the physician.
Side effects
- Constipation with prolonged use of aluminium hydroxide
- Diarrhoea with magnesium
- containing antacids
- Nausea or stomach discomfort
- Flatulence relief is the intended effect of simethicone
- rarely causes adverse effects
- Aluminium accumulation with renal impairment and prolonged use (rare)
Precautions
- Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Store at a temperature not exceeding 30Β°C. Protect from light and moisture.
