Indication
Relief of symptoms of nausea and vomiting, feeling of fullness, upper abdominal discomfort, bloating, belching and heartburn associated with gastric stasis.
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take as prescribed by physician.
Side effects
- Headache
- Dry mouth
- Diarrhoea or abdominal cramping
- QT interval prolongation (cardiac arrhythmias — particularly at high doses or in susceptible patients)
- Galactorrhoea or gynaecomastia (with prolonged use due to hyperprolactinaemia)
- Extrapyramidal symptoms (rare)
- Drowsiness
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children.
