Indication

VexCort-N Skin Cream is a topical combination of a corticosteroid (fluocinolone acetonide) and an antibiotic (neomycin sulphate) with topical microbicidal activity against bacteria, spores, fungi, and yeasts. It is indicated for inflammatory skin conditions complicated by bacterial or fungal infection, including infected eczema, infected dermatitis, and other corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses with secondary infection.

Ingredients

• Neomycin Sulphate
• Fluocinolone Acetonide

Direction

For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area as directed by a physician. Replace cap tightly after use. Do not use in the eyes. Use as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Skin irritation or burning at application site
• Risk of neomycin sensitization or allergic contact dermatitis
• Skin thinning with prolonged use of corticosteroid
