Meperine Oral Suspension (Domperidone) is indicated for infants and children for the symptomatic treatment of discomfort associated with reduced gastric motility, gastroesophageal reflux, and esophagitis. Symptoms include feeling of fullness, bloating, belching, flatulence, upper abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
Shake well before use. Infants and children: 0.25 to 0.5 ml/kg body weight, 3 or 4 times per day; maximum 2.4 ml/kg/day, not exceeding 80 ml/day. Adults and adolescents over 12 years and over 35 kg: 10 to 20 ml, 3 or 4 times per day; do not exceed 80 ml/day.
