Indication
Indicated for intestinal amoebiasis, urogenital trichomoniasis, hepatic amoebic abscess, amoebiasis caused by Entamoeba fragilis in children, and curative treatment of anaerobic surgical infections.
Ingredients
- Metronidazole 250mg
Direction
Read the inner leaflet. Take orally as prescribed. Respect the prescribed doses.
Side effects
- Nausea
- vomiting
- and metallic taste in mouth
- Abdominal cramps and diarrhoea
- Headache and dizziness
- Peripheral neuropathy with prolonged use
- Dark discolouration of urine (harmless)
- Disulfiram
- like reaction if alcohol is consumed
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store below 30Β°C
- Keep away from light and humidity
