Indication

Metronidazole is an antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent used for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria and protozoa, including amoebiasis, giardiasis, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, and anaerobic bacterial infections.

Ingredients

• Metronidazole 125 mg per 5 ml

Direction

As directed by the physician. Shake well before use.

• Peripheral neuropathy with prolonged use
• Allergic reactions

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 30°C. Protect from light.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment.
• Use with caution in patients with liver disease.
• Not for use in the first trimester of pregnancy without medical advice.
