Spiromide-40 Spironolactone 50 mg + Furosemide 40 mg

Indication

Spiromide-40 (Spironolactone 50 mg and Furosemide 40 mg) is indicated for the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, hepatic cirrhosis, and nephrotic syndrome. The combination provides complementary diuretic effects with potassium-sparing properties.
