Indication
Treatment of peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and eradication of Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics.
Ingredients
- Omeprazole 20 mg
Direction
Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not chew or crush. Take before meals as directed by the physician. Typically once or twice daily.
Side effects
- May include headache
- nausea
- diarrhea
- abdominal pain
- constipation
- and flatulence.
Precautions
- Long
- term use may be associated with risk of fractures
- vitamin B12 deficiency
- and hypomagnesaemia. Consult a physician before use. Keep out of reach of children.
