Indication

Levosulpiride is a prokinetic agent and selective dopamine D2 receptor antagonist used in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome, and nausea and vomiting. It improves gastrointestinal motility and reduces symptoms of bloating, epigastric pain, and early satiety.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Galactorrhea or gynecomastia
• Amenorrhea or menstrual irregularities
• Extrapyramidal symptoms (rare)
• Increased prolactin levels

• Store below 30°C. Protect from heat
• light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use with caution in patients with Parkinson's disease.
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
• May cause extrapyramidal symptoms with prolonged use.
