Indication

Worzole (Albendazole) 400 mg Tablets is an anthelmintic used for the treatment of intestinal worm infestations including roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, threadworms, and other nematode infections.

Ingredients

• Albendazole 400 mg

Direction

Take as directed by a physician. For single-dose treatment of most intestinal worm infestations: 1 tablet (400 mg) as a single dose. For other indications, dosage as prescribed by a physician. May be taken with or without food.

Side effects

• Abdominal pain or discomfort
• Nausea
• vomiting
• or diarrhea
• Headache or dizziness
• Elevated liver enzymes (with prolonged use)
• Allergic skin reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy
• use effective contraception during and for 1 month after treatment
• Inform your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Use with caution in patients with liver disease
• Keep out of reach of children
• If irritation or allergic reaction occurs
