Indication
Multivitamin, iron and mineral supplement for infants and toddlers to support healthy growth, development, and prevention of nutritional deficiencies.
Ingredients
- Vitamin A (as palmitate) 1000 IU/ml
- Vitamin D3 200 IU/ml
- Vitamin B1 1 mg/ml
- Vitamin B2 0.5 mg/ml
- Vitamin B6 0.6 mg/ml
- Vitamin B12 1 mcg/ml
- Niacinamide 5 mg/ml
- Ferrous Gluconate 17.14 mg/ml
- Zinc Gluconate 6.97 mg/ml
Direction
Infants 0-6 months: 0.5 ml twice daily. Infants 7-12 months: 1 ml twice daily, given after a feed. Children 1-3 years: 1 ml three times daily after meals, or as directed by physician. Shake well before use. Use calibrated dropper provided.
Side effects
- Nausea or mild gastrointestinal upset at high doses
- Constipation with high iron content
- Allergic reactions (rash
- urticaria) β rare
- Teeth staining with liquid iron preparations β use straw if possible
- Excessive Vitamin A or D intake may cause toxicity if recommended dose is greatly exceeded
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children
- Shake well before use
- Replace cap tightly after each use
- Do not refrigerate
- Store below 30Β°C at a dry place
