Proméphac 25 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of various allergic manifestations including rhinitis (hay fever), conjunctivitis, and urticaria (hives). Also used for occasional or transient insomnia.

Ingredients

• Promethazine HCl 25 mg

Direction

For adults and children 15 years and older. Allergic manifestations: 1–2 tablets per dose, to be renewed after 4 hours if needed, without exceeding 6 tablets per day. Insomnia: 1–2 tablets in the evening, 15–30 minutes before bedtime.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid operating machinery or driving — may cause drowsiness.
• Do not take with alcohol.
• Not recommended for children under 15 years without medical supervision.
• Use with caution in patients with respiratory conditions (asthma
• COPD).
• Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
