Indication
- High blood pressure (hypertension) - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine 10 mg
Direction
Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, preferably at the same time each day, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with water.
Side effects
- Swelling of ankles or feet (edema)
- Headache and flushing
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Use with caution in patients with severe liver impairment or heart failure
- Rise slowly from sitting or lying to reduce risk of dizziness
- Inform your doctor if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- or planning pregnancy
- Avoid in known hypersensitivity to amlodipine or dihydropyridines
