Promethazine 0.1% (5 mg / 5 mL)

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of allergic manifestations such as rhinitis (hay fever, rhinorrhoea), throat irritation, conjunctivitis (eye itching), skin allergies (insect bites, pruritus, erythema, urticaria).

Ingredients

• Promethazine chlorhydrate 5 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Children 2–5 years: 5 mL, 3 times daily. Children 5–12 years: 5–10 mL, 2–3 times daily, not exceeding 25 mL/day. Children over 12 years: 10–20 mL, 4 times daily, not exceeding 50 mL/day. Adults: 20 mL, 4–5 times daily.
