Indication

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and eradication of H. pylori as part of combination therapy.

Ingredients

• Omeprazole 20 mg

Direction

Take 1 capsule daily before a meal, or as directed by your physician. Swallow whole — do not crush or chew.

• term use may reduce magnesium levels
