Efticol 0.9%

Indication

Efticol is a sterile isotonic saline solution used to irrigate, cleanse, and moisturize the eyes and nasal passages. It helps relieve dryness, remove irritants and foreign particles, and soothe mild eye and nasal discomfort.

Ingredients

• Sodium Chloride 0.9%

Direction

For eye use: instill 1–2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed. For nasal use: instill a few drops into each nostril as needed. Use as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Mild transient stinging or burning upon instillation.
• Stop use and consult a physician if unusual irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use if the solution is discolored or cloudy.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination.
