Indication

- Relief of acidity, heartburn and gastric hyperacidity - Abdominal pain and cramps due to spasm - Bloating and flatulence - Symptomatic relief in gastritis and acid-related discomfort

Ingredients

• Dicyclomine 10 mg + Magaldrate 400 mg + Oxetacaine 10 mg + Simethicone 25 mg

Direction

Usually one tablet two to three times daily before meals, or as directed by a physician. Swallow with water; do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Constipation or diarrhoea
• Blurred vision
• Dizziness or drowsiness
• Nausea

Precautions

• Avoid in glaucoma
• urinary retention and severe ulcerative colitis (dicyclomine component)
• Use with caution in kidney impairment due to aluminium/magnesium content
• May reduce absorption of other drugs
• separate dosing by about 2 hours
• Not recommended in infants and young children unless advised
