Asmozol-ES 40 40 mg

Indication

Asmozol-ES 40 is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics.

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole 40 mg

Direction

Take 1 tablet once daily, preferably 30–60 minutes before a meal, or as directed by a physician. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

Side effects

• Headache
• Nausea
• abdominal pain
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Flatulence
• Stop use and consult a physician if unusual reactions occur.

Precautions

• Prolonged use may reduce magnesium and Vitamin B12 levels.
• Inform your physician if symptoms do not improve.
