Indication

Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible gram-negative organisms including otitis media, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, and uncomplicated gonorrhoea.

Ingredients

• Cefixime dispersible 200 mg

Direction

Disperse the tablet in a teaspoonful of water before administration. Dosage as directed by the physician. Store below 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light.

Precautions

• Keep out of reach of children.
• Inform physician of allergy to cephalosporins or penicillins.
• Use with caution in renal impairment.
