Cimetidine 400 mg

Indication

Cimetidine is an H2 receptor antagonist used to treat and prevent gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), esophagitis, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Ingredients

• Cimetidine 400 mg

Direction

For gastric and duodenal ulcer: 1 tablet at breakfast and 1 tablet at bedtime, or as directed by a physician. Treatment may last 4–8 weeks.

• Gynecomastia with long
• term use
• Confusion in elderly patients

Precautions

• Inform your physician of all medications you are taking as Cimetidine inhibits liver enzymes and has many drug interactions.
