Centacid 250 mg / 200 mg / 40 mg per 5 mL

Indication

Antacid used for acid dyspepsia, hyperacidity, reflux oesophagitis, gastritis, duodenitis, pregnancy heartburn, hiatus hernia, NSAID gastropathy, and adjunct to H2 antagonists and proton pump inhibitors in peptic ulcers. Also relieves flatulence.

Ingredients

• Aluminium Hydroxide paste equivalent to Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel USP 250 mg per 5 mL
• Magnesium Hydroxide paste equivalent to Magnesium Hydroxide BP 200 mg per 5 mL
• Simethicone USP 40 mg per 5 mL

Direction

One or two teaspoonfuls between meals and at bedtime, or as directed by the Physician. Shake the bottle well before use.

• Diarrhoea (magnesium component)
