Indication

Provides Vitamins A & D and Calcium for healthy growth, strong bones and teeth, and immune function

Ingredients

• Cod Liver Oil
• Calcium

Direction

Children 1-3 years: 1 tablespoon once a day. Children 4-8 years: 1 tablespoon twice a day. Children 9 years and above: 1 tablespoon three times a day.

Side effects

• Usually mild including nausea
• vomiting and diarrhoea

Precautions

• Do not use if you have fish allergy. Shake well before use.
