Indication
- Schizophrenia and acute or chronic psychoses - Anxiety and depressive disorders (low-dose use) - Vertigo
Ingredients
- Sulpiride 50 mg
Direction
Take orally as prescribed by a physician; dose is individualised according to the condition being treated. Do not stop abruptly.

- Extrapyramidal symptoms (tremor

- Raised prolactin (breast enlargement
- galactorrhoea
- menstrual changes)
- Weight gain
- Dry mouth
- constipation
Precautions
- Contraindicated in phaeochromocytoma and prolactin
- dependent tumours
- Use with caution in epilepsy
- kidney impairment and elderly patients
- May prolong the QT interval
- caution with other QT
- prolonging drugs
- Avoid alcohol
- may impair ability to drive or operate machinery
