Indication
Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia and mixed dyslipidaemia as an adjunct to diet when response to diet and other non-pharmacological treatments is inadequate. Also used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
Ingredients
- Rosuvastatin 5 mg (as calcium salt)

Side effects
- Headache
- Myalgia
- Nausea
- Abdominal pain
- Rarely: myopathy or rhabdomyolysis
Precautions
- Use as directed by physician only.
- Inform your doctor of all medications you are taking.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Monitor liver function during therapy.
