Indication
Treatment of infections caused by erythromycin-sensitive organisms including respiratory tract infections, ear-nose-throat infections, skin infections, sexually transmitted infections, and urogenital infections.
Ingredients
- Erythromycin 250 mg
Direction
Children 10–15 kg: 1 sachet twice daily. Children 15–25 kg: 1 sachet 3 times daily. Adults: as directed by physician. Dissolve sachet contents in water before administration.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea
- Abdominal cramps
- Skin rash in rare cases
Precautions
- Do not exceed the dose prescribed by physician.
- Inform your doctor of all medications you are taking.
- Not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
- Keep out of reach of children.
