Indication

Treatment of essential hypertension in adults where combination therapy is appropriate.

Ingredients

• Telmisartan 40 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Usual dose is one tablet once daily.

Side effects

• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Headache
• Electrolyte disturbances
• Hypotension

Precautions

• Warning: When pregnancy is detected
• discontinue as soon as possible.
• Monitor electrolytes and renal function.
• Use with caution in hepatic or renal impairment.
• Not recommended in patients with severe hepatic impairment or anuria.
