Salbutis 100 100 mcg/dose

Indication

Treatment and prevention of bronchospasm in patients with reversible obstructive airway disease including asthma. CFC-free pressurised metered dose inhaler delivering 100 mcg per dose, 200 doses.

Ingredients

• Salbutamol 100 mcg per metered dose

Direction

Adults and children: 1–2 inhalations as needed for relief, up to 4 times daily. For prevention: 2 inhalations 15–30 minutes before exercise. Shake well before use. As directed by physician.

Side effects

• Tremor
• Tachycardia
• Palpitations
• Headache
• Paradoxical bronchospasm in rare cases

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen or if more frequent use is needed.
• Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease.
• Keep out of reach of children.
