Indication

Combined oral contraceptive (family planning pill) for the prevention of pregnancy.

Ingredients

• Desogestrel 0.150 mg
• Ethinylestradiol 0.030 mg

Direction

Take one tablet daily at the same time each day without interruption. Follow the order shown on the blister pack.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Breast tenderness
• Headache
• Changes in menstrual bleeding
• Mood changes or depression

Precautions

• Do not use if pregnant or suspected to be pregnant.
• Consult a doctor if you have a history of blood clots

• Smoking increases the risk of cardiovascular side effects.
• Not effective against sexually transmitted infections.
