Indication

Used as a nootropic to improve cognitive function, memory, and concentration. Also indicated for myoclonus, dyslexia, vertigo, and cognitive decline associated with aging or brain injury.

Ingredients

• Piracetam 400 mg

Direction

Dosage as directed by the physician. Typically 2.4 g to 4.8 g per day in divided doses for cognitive indications. Swallow capsule whole with water.

• Insomnia
• Hyperkinesia
• Weight gain
• Diarrhoea
• Dizziness

Precautions

• Prescription only medication — use only as directed by a physician
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment
• Not recommended for patients with haemorrhagic stroke
• May increase anticoagulant effect — monitor if taken with anticoagulants
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30°C
