Solifen 5 mg

Indication

- Overactive bladder syndrome - Urinary urgency - Increased urinary frequency - Urge urinary incontinence

Ingredients

• Solifenacin succinate 5 mg

Direction

Usual adult dose is one 5 mg tablet once daily, swallowed whole with water; the dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed. Take as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Constipation
• Blurred vision
• Nausea and dyspepsia
• Urinary retention

Precautions

• Use with caution in urinary or gastric outlet obstruction
• Avoid in narrow
• angle glaucoma and severe hepatic/renal impairment
• May impair ability to drive or operate machinery due to blurred vision/drowsiness
• Caution in patients with QT prolongation risk
