Indication
- Overactive bladder syndrome - Urinary urgency - Increased urinary frequency - Urge urinary incontinence
Ingredients
- Solifenacin succinate 5 mg
Direction
Usual adult dose is one 5 mg tablet once daily, swallowed whole with water; the dose may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed. Take as directed by a physician.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
- Blurred vision
- Nausea and dyspepsia
- Urinary retention
Precautions
- Use with caution in urinary or gastric outlet obstruction
- Avoid in narrow
- angle glaucoma and severe hepatic/renal impairment
- May impair ability to drive or operate machinery due to blurred vision/drowsiness
- Caution in patients with QT prolongation risk
