Indication

Symptomatic relief of headache and pain associated with headache.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen USP 400 mg
• Aspirin USP 250 mg
• Caffeine USP 65 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 caplets every 6 hours while symptoms persist, not to exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor. Take after meal.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal irritation (due to aspirin)
• Nausea
• Allergic reactions (rash)

Precautions

• Not for children under 12 years without medical advice
• Do not take other paracetamol
• containing medicines at the same time
• Use with caution in patients with peptic ulcer
• asthma
• or bleeding disorders
• Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity to aspirin or paracetamol
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30°C
