Comprehensive pregnancy supplement providing essential vitamins, minerals and Omega-3 DHA to support nutritional needs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Supports brain and eye development of the foetus.

Direction

Take one green tablet per day plus one Omega-3 capsule per day. Swallow each with water or cold drink with a main meal. Do not exceed recommended intake.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort may occur

Precautions

• Contains Vitamin K — consult doctor if taking oral anticoagulants such as warfarin
• This product contains iron which may be harmful to young children if taken in excess
