Indication

Treatment of constipation. Stimulant laxative that promotes bowel movements by stimulating colonic motility and promoting water and electrolyte secretion into the colon.

Ingredients

• Sodium Picosulfate Hydrate 7.5 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 10 years: 1–2 tablets at bedtime, or as directed by the physician. Take with a full glass of water. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. For short-term use only.

• Abdominal cramps
• diarrhea
• Nausea
• Electrolyte imbalance with prolonged use
• Dehydration with excessive use

Precautions

• For short
• term use only. Do not use for more than 5 days without medical advice.
• Do not use in patients with intestinal obstruction
• appendicitis
• or inflammatory bowel disease.
• Do not use if there is unexplained abdominal pain.
• Maintain adequate fluid intake during use.
