Indication

For intravenous infusion in the treatment and prophylaxis of anaerobic bacterial infections and protozoal infections. Used perioperatively for surgical prophylaxis.

Ingredients

• Metronidazole 500 mg per 100 mL

Direction

For intravenous infusion only. Administer slowly as directed by a physician.

• Nausea

• Headache or dizziness
• Peripheral neuropathy with prolonged use
