Indication

- Nausea and vomiting - Bloating and abdominal discomfort - Feeling of fullness - Epigastric discomfort

Ingredients

• Domperidone 1 mg/mL

Direction

Use as directed; typically dosed by body weight, taken before meals. Use for the shortest time possible (usually no more than 1 week).

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Headache
• Diarrhea
• Rarely cardiac arrhythmia (QT prolongation)
• Rarely elevated prolactin (breast tenderness)

Precautions

• Contraindicated in significant heart disease or QT prolongation
• Use with caution in liver impairment
• Avoid with drugs that prolong the QT interval
• Use lowest effective dose for the shortest duration
