Indication
Thins, loosens, and clears mucus from the chest. Helps clear stubborn chest congestion in infants and children.
Ingredients
- Bromhexine hydrochloride 1.6 mg/mL
Direction
Administer by oral syringe as directed by physician. For infants and children only.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal upset (rare)
- Nausea (rare)
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose
- Consult physician if symptoms persist beyond 7 days
- Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer
