Pylobact Omeprazole 20 mg + Tinidazole 500 mg + Clarithromycin 250 mg

Indication

Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in combination with appropriate antibiotics for the treatment of peptic ulcer disease, gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with H. pylori infection.

Ingredients

• Omeprazole BP 20 mg (as enteric coated granules)
• Tinidazole BP 500 mg
• Clarithromycin USP 250 mg

Direction

Each strip contains one daily dose kit: 2 Omeprazole capsules, 2 Tinidazole tablets, and 2 Clarithromycin tablets. Take all tablets in one strip twice daily (morning and evening) for 7 days. Swallow with a full glass of water. Complete the full course.

• Abnormal liver function tests (rare)

Precautions

• Complete the full 7
• day course to prevent antibiotic resistance.
• Avoid alcohol during treatment with tinidazole.
• Do not use if allergic to macrolide antibiotics

• Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment.
