Indication

Relief of nausea, vomiting, bloating, and gastric discomfort.

Ingredients

• Domperidone 5 mg/5 mL

Direction

Take as directed by physician. Usually 10 mg (10 mL) three times daily before meals.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Headache
• Abdominal cramps (rare)
• Galactorrhoea with prolonged use (rare)

Precautions

• Not recommended in patients with cardiac conditions — risk of QT prolongation
• Avoid prolonged use
• Use with caution in hepatic impairment
• Not recommended in patients taking CYP3A4 inhibitors
