Indication
Relief of burning, discomfort, stomachache, gastric pain, gastritis, gastro-oesophageal reflux, and peptic ulcer.
Ingredients
- Colloidal aluminium phosphate 12.38 g
Direction
Adults and children over 6 years: 1 to 2 sachets per intake, 2 to 4 times daily, 30 minutes before or after meals and at bedtime. Shake or knead the sachet before use.
Side effects
- Constipation may occur with prolonged use
- Hypophosphataemia with prolonged use at high doses
Precautions
- Not recommended for children under 6 years
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment
- May reduce absorption of some drugs β take other medications at least 2 hours apart
- Contains aluminium β avoid prolonged use in patients on dialysis
