Indication
Relieves symptoms of the common cold in children including rhinorrhea (runny nose), cough, and fever.
Ingredients
- Chlorphenamine maleate
- Dextromethorphan HBr
- Acetaminophen (Paracetamol)
Direction
Take as directed by the physician. Administer by mouth. Dosage based on child's age and weight as per package insert.

- Dizziness
- Dry mouth
- Nausea
Precautions
- For children only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- Consult a doctor before use in children under 2 years.
- Avoid use with other products containing paracetamol.
