Indication
Treatment of mild to moderate infections caused by susceptible organisms including community-acquired pneumonia, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, skin infections, and sexually transmitted diseases.
Ingredients
- Azithromycin USP 200 mg per 5 mL
Direction
Reconstitute with water to make 30 mL suspension. Shake well before use. Take as directed by physician. Strawberry flavour.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Skin rash
Precautions
- Avoid use if allergic to azithromycin or other macrolide antibiotics
- Use with caution in patients with liver disease
- Consult doctor before use
- Keep out of reach of children
