Vastarel MR is used as add-on therapy for the symptomatic treatment of stable angina pectoris in adult patients who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first-line antianginal therapies.

Ingredients

Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 35 mg

Direction

Take one tablet twice daily (morning and evening with meals). Swallow whole — do not crush or chew.

Headache
Abdominal pain
Rarely: Parkinson
like symptoms with prolonged use

Precautions

Not recommended in patients with Parkinson's disease
Parkinsonian symptoms
or other movement disorders
Not recommended in patients with severe renal impairment
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Keep out of reach of children
