Vitamin A-D

Indication

Vitamin A-D soft capsules are used to supplement Vitamin A and Vitamin D to prevent and treat deficiencies, support vision, immune function, bone health, and skin health.

Ingredients

• Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate)
• Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol)

Direction

Take as directed by a physician. Usually 1 capsule per day, or as recommended. Swallow with water.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Headache at very high doses (signs of overdose — do not exceed recommended dose)

• Do not exceed recommended dose — Vitamins A and D can be toxic in excess
