Indication
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). Also used for cardiovascular risk reduction in patients at high risk.
Ingredients
- Telmisartan 40 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician. Usually 40 mg once daily.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Back pain
- Diarrhoea
Precautions
- Not recommended during pregnancy
- Caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment
- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Keep out of reach of children
